• Boil the corn.

• Combine bell peppers, boiled corn, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, salt, chilli flakes and

mixed herb seasoning.

• On a brown bread slice, apply a thin layer of butter and green chutney.

• Now take the vegetable-cheese filling for the sandwich and place two spoons of stuffing

on the bread.

• Cover the bread with another slice of brown bread.

• Place it on the skillet or in the oven.

• Apply butter and cook it on medium-high heat till the sandwich is crispy on both the

sides.

• When it becomes crisp, cut each sandwich into four parts and serve.
